For the past while i have been cutting myself. At first it was just scratches and then i started cutting deeper and deeper. I am really scared and I don't want to talk to my parents, they have enough to worry about, so is there anyway i can break the habit and just stop...and please don't answer if you are just going to poke fun at me and mock me. I think that you should wear a rubber band around both ur wrists, then, if you feel like cutting just smack urself with the rubber band. I used to cut...and believe me it helps....well it helped me. If it doesn't you don't have to tell your parents right away go see a councelar* and talk to him/her about her problem hope it helped

You have to go a docter! It could get hurt even worse if you don't get it healed! 6 weeks in a cast isn't that bad....i know....i had to wear one

Well, if he puts his arm around your waist either put your arm aroung his waist to (probably if hes tall), or around his shouldes (if hes shorter than you) hope it helps!

Hi My name is Nicole, Well most of my friends do drugs and well i dont because i have head on my sholders.Anyways so i told my bestfriends boyfriend that she was still smoking and later on she came up to me and yelld at me. And well her and her bf broke up because she lied to him and i guess there was more to the story so yea.....anyways so now she got allof myfriends agenst me for some stupid reason and i dont even know what i did to the rest of them....Do you guys think i made the rigth choice by going to her boyfriend and not teacher because she would be grounded for the rest of her life if her parents found out..... so what can i do to get my friends back..

I know, I know, this is going to sound really harsh, but you need to tell their parents. Even if they do get grounded, they will thank you later that their parents made them stop. I really do feel for anyone that has to go through something like this because my cuz had to go through this to. Your friend shouldn't have yelled at you for telling her b/f. He needed to know. IF you didn't tell him, he would have found out the hard way (which would have been bad!). She also shoudn't have gotten all your friends against you. (This is also sound harsh but,)If those people were really your friends, they wouldn't have turned against you. Hope this helps some!

hi, im 13/m i have this gf we started going out like 2 months ago and its been really cool and i really like her alot but now i found out shes been smokin pot and drinken and shes only 13 though it was her first time it was kinda shocking cuz i expectede more from her i still like her but i sont kno if i wanna handle this i dont know what to do should i keep going out with her. Well, if you really like her and you want her to stop, TELL HER! Tell her that smoking that could really hurt her and you don't want that. You know those commercials that say FRIENDS...MY ANI-DRUG, well that applies here. You have to help her. And if she won't listen tell someone, a teacher,a parent,or a guardian. Even your school's counclar* And personally I would break up with her until you know she has changed and stay friends. There you go! Hope it helps!
