Im not overweight but i'd like to lose a few pounds and tone up before summer and graduation. i live in a small town so a gym is out of the question. Im gonna cut in half what i eat everyday and cut out sodas and stuff but i have no idea what to do about getting toned? I live by water so its SUPER cold right now. any advice? (link)

okay for getting toned you want to mix cardio with strenth training, it will also help with weight loss, one of the best cardio exercises to do inside is jump rope, it burns an extreme amount of calories and tones your whole body, for strenth training cruches are great but to make it toned lift up towards your knees instead of straight up, squats will tone your legs and bum, and you could try yoga you can rent a dvd or even a book from the libary it will also tone your whole body and increase your flexibility, good luck! :)

so, i've had a flaky scalp for a while now. and i've tried every single possible dandruff shampoo possible, nothing works. even selsun blue. like i said, I'VE TRIED IT ALL.
but the weird thing about my dandruff, there isn't much flakes so much as there are egg looking things. but i KNOW FOR A FACT i don't have lice, because i've had lice before. and i would have been itching really really badly. but i don't know how else to explain the stuff in my hair.
does anyone have any at home remedies that i could do? for someone on a budget? thanks. (link)

Vinegar! massage into your scalp, leave it on for about 15 minutes, rinse. do it everytime you shower should be gone in a week!

Not actually 'with' this guy, we just hang out/ text and stuff, only when we do, it;s never really great or good conversation, it's mostly just physical stuff..He only really texts when he wants something, and seems uninterested, I'm not dumb, I'm thinking to ditch this guy.

When a guy likes you he will do anything to be with you, and not just when he wants something, so if he is not giving you his all don't give him yours.
