my school had a talent show called St Anne's Got Talent, they claimed it was based on Britain's Got Talent, however it was nothing like Britain's Got Talent and i made a list of complaints but i'm not sure if i should send it to the school-I was at the St Anne’s Got Talent auditions yesterday but you got the format so wrong. I just read the contestant guidelines and the official itv page for Britain’s got talent.
The first thing wrong with it was- No golden buzzer, the golden buzzer has been on BGT (Britain’s Got Talent) for 3 years now, yet SAGT (St Anne’s Got Talent) didn’t even think of using it because they want an X Factor Format. If you don’t know what the golden buzzer does, it sends you straight through to the semi-finals.
The second thing wrong with it was- There was no buzzers at all, the buzzers are a key to BGT’s success because they make it entertaining. If there were no buzzers, the show would be boring.
The third thing wrong with it is that the judges didn’t have a yes or no vote. They just commented on the peformances. The contestant guidelines say judges may give feedback but are not required to, however they are required to vote. They give them a yes if they like the act and a no if they don’t.
The fourth thing wrong with it is the number of judges- There are only three judges, the real programme has four judges, it hasn’t had 3 judges since 2010, so keep up with the times.
The fifth thing wrong with it is there are judges call backs to tell you if you’re through to the semi finals or not, in place of the yes/no vote. On BGT they vote yes/no at the auditions and decide later on if they like you have that they want you to go through to the semifinals.
The sixth thing wrong with it is the judges feedback. They don’t give any negative comments at all, but if an act is bad they should know that they’re bad
The seventh thing wrong with it is that there isn’t a St Anne’s Got More Talent when there’s a Britain’s Got More Talent, which features gossip about the judges and interviews with the acts.
The eighth thing wrong with it is the lack of variety. The auditions I went to yesterday 3 of the 4 acts were singers. It’s like the people who decide who’s on which day are trying to repeat the infamous BGT Cardiff auditions of 2014 when 14 of the 15 acts were singers. The one that didn’t sing (on SAGT) was a dancer, so it’s just all the cliché acts. Where are the magicians and the sword swallowers? I hope the winner isn’t a singer, but then again it’s up to the judges.
Which brings me on to my ninth point- The students should decide the winner. Write the best contestant’s name down on a piece of paper and whoever gets the most votes wins.
The tenth thing is although the judges decide who goes through in the semi-finals. They don’t have the same power as the BGT judges do. In fact, rather surprisingly, the SAGT judges have more power because the BGT judges only choose between the 1st and 2nd placed acts to send through, and whoever gets more votes out of the 4 judges to send through is guaranteed a place in the final. If there is a two way tie whoever got more votes from the public goes through.
The eleventh thing is the judges don’t write down predictions for who they think will win when they do on the real show. However that’s on Britain’s Got More Talent which I’m assuming you’ve never watched due to the fact that there’s no St Anne’s Got More Talent.
The twelfth thing is (I presume) that there is no wildcard in the final. The last BGT year without a wildcard was 2011, but now there’s two wildcards (public and judges) and the last year with only one wildcard was 2013.
The thirteenth thing is the judges don’t give standing ovations when an act is good

The fourteenth thing is that the audience don’t give standing ovations when an act is good.
The fifteenth thing is that the audience don’t boo when an act is bad.
The sixteenth thing is all the semi-finalists will probably be singers, but I WANT VARIETY! The prize for winning BGT is a place at the Royal VARIETY Show!
The seventeenth thing is that there’s no chemistry between the judges.
The eighteenth thing is something similar to my sixth thing- The judges give good feedback to bad acts.
The nineteenth thing is- for the singers when they have a backing track, you can hear the original singer better than the contestants so either the contestants need to be louder, sing to instrumental versions or sing acapella.
The twentieth thing is there’s no theme song for SAGT when there is 4 for BGT- The one that plays with the gold titles, the one that plays with the normal titles, the one that plays when the judges make their entrance, and the one that plays when the acts are being introduced (although the second one has been relegated to just the credits in recent years)
The twenty-first thing is that there’s no announcer with a unique voice (you know, the one that says “We’re LIVE! Now please welcome your hosts Ant and Dec!” No? You don’t know it? I’m not surprised! You obviously don’t know anything about the real format of BGT and BGMT (Britain’s Got More Talent)! You probably don’t even know who David J Watson is. He’s a contestant who’s auditioned 7 times and never got through. However, his performances are always on BGMT so you obviously won’t know who he is.
You probably don’t even know who hosts BGMT! Unbelievable! (unbelievable is his catchphrase). Also, he’s the host of Catchphrase! Don’t say Roy Walker, I mean the current host.
It’s disgraceful how your format is nothing like theirs! Simon Cowell would be ashamed!
Sincerely, Chris Cooper
For advice columnists- Why are they advertising it as something it's not?

ok so they didn't make it exact you should calm down they were just trying to make it fun for you and your peers

First off, I accidentally got my hair cut way too short. So I was wondering if anyone had any tips on naturally growing it out. How to make my hair the healthiest it can be. I'd TRULY appreciate it beyond words! :)

I also have some questions.

I've always been SUPER angry and have angry outbursts a lot due to my irritation towards my horrifying depression and anxiety. So it's like every single thing makes me angry. I've been working on it and I've really accomplished it almost! :D I've been singing very happily and cheerfully in my mind a very positive word like "peachy" and "happy." I was wondering if anyone had any other tips on how to actually be able to soon deal with my anger so easily and quickly that no one even notices that I'm angry anymore. :O

I was wondering what are the BEST traits in a person's personality. I'm not trying to change who I am in any way, so please don't say that. I'm just trying to improve myself as a person, because I know I'm not that good of a person.

I mean, I do try all I can to help EVERYONE - even those I don't know or who have been harsh to me. I'm willing to sacrifice all the money I have to help ANYONE and to sacrifice ALL my sleep if someone needed a friend in the middle of the night. My dream career is helping people - senior caregiving, to be exact. I either wanted to do that, because I adore the elderly with all my heart or work at the mental hospital since my heart has always lived in mental health. But I choose senior caregiving.

I still think I could be a MUCH better person. Can anyone give me tips on being a better person? I just am dying to be the best person I can be!

Please help! (link)
so this sees like a lot but from personal experience I know that trying to cheer yourself up or get rid of anger the wrong way can give you a false sense of happiness try to work out it is proven to make you happier and is a way to cool off when you are angry
