so i went go to this camp and i hang out with a bunch of these guys. i don't really like any specific one of them but if they asked me out i would say yea. now i have school but i still talk to them online. one of them i talk to alot and hes a year older. we always talk for a while and he always say i miss you and i love you, but i know and he knows hes joking. he says it all the time. i always say it back also. but now he always seems like hes seriously saying it but im not sure. i am also starting to like him but i dont know what to do. thanks in advanced (link)

I have an advicenators column and I'm really good, however I encourage my friends to visit my advice column if they need any sort of advice. It seems that none of my friends really care to tell me about their problems. I really like helping people. But none of my friends even bother to take a visit to my advice column. My question is- How can I make my friend's seem more interested in my advice column and get them to trust me with their problems. Help??? thanks! (link)

Alrite i work at this store and i have beeen there for a year. I dont like the job at all. im currently a cashier and will be as long as im working there. My manager recently told me that she is going to be giving me a promotion to head cashier. Which is someone that can get money for the draw when needed, gets to do everything except for office work.
So applied at another place and got a call for an interview on monday. And i told my mom and she said whatever you want to do its up to you.
Today i asked her "what do i do if i get the job." Just tell my manager that im putting in my two weeks. And she flipped out on me. Shes like why do you want to leave a job where your about to get a promotion and plus youve been there for a year theres no reason to leave. I have been there for a year and the people treat me like crap. Im always on register even though everyone at the store is a cashier but i always get stuck on it. Then if they give me something to do on the floor i wstill have to watch the register. But i hardly get anything done and i get chewed out by one of the cashiers.
My mom tells me its my decision but she doesnt like my choice. and she gets pissed about it.
Any advice would be wonderful. what do you guys think i should do?

at the job im at right now. the main days the need help is wednesdays and saturdays.
Do you think it would be a good idea to work my current job those days and if i get hired for this new job just work the other days?
im only 17 and still in high school. So i cant get more then 20 hours a week at one job.
Ill be 18 soon so my hours will go up to 35hours a week.

14/f well my friend just told me she is allergic to condoms(like the rubber or something) and i'm worried about her because she is in a relationship with this guy for a while and if they have sex or oral sex shes not protected. shes worried also but she doesn't know what to do. i want to help her but i dont know how.
if she touches a condom she gets a really bad rash and she has to get rushed to the hospital.
