I just started this new job and everyone seems nice, but the problem was that I my age seems to be a problem. Im 21 and everyone is 50 and older. The thing is I have a lot experience but everyone thinks I am too young. They all think I'm incapable of doing anything. Everyone has there way of doing things and they all want it there way.
Its really difficult to get anything done with everyone yanking me in different directions. They all think I'm stupid, they talk to me in a condescending way. One of the ladies at work was telling one of our clients that I am way too young and that I couldn't retain anything. I felt like it was totally unprofessional and rude to say. I had only been there for a week. Im getting used to everything. Is it ageism? (link)

it isn't ageism, it must be seniority.
you've only been there a week, so no one knows you, and they're only basing you from your age. they don't know you've had a lot of experience.
ignore what they say and hang in there. let their stupid comments be even more of a motivation to prove them wrong.
once you show them how good you are, you'll have their respect and won't have to worry about another thing.

I've heard that 25% of left handed people process language in the right hemisphere of their brains instead of the right side like most people. Does this mean that other processes usually in the right hemisphere occur instead in the left, effectively "flipping" the brain? If so, does this only occur in part of the brain or all? All lobes or only some? Are the sensory and motor strips also flipped?

i'm left - handed, so i should be able to give you a decent answer.
most people process language in the left hemisphere of their brain, but lefties actually use both hemispheres.
most lefties are right brained instead of left brained, which means they are more imaginative instead of logical. right brained people are rare.
as far as i know, left - handed people use their brain in the same way as right - handed people, but most of the time, the right side of our brain is dominant.
scientists haven't even begun to divulge into how the human brain works, but i'm pretty sure senses and whatnot remain the same.

you're 13, and people around that age barely know relationships.. no offense, but i've been there.
if a guy will cheat with you, he will most certainly cheat ON you.
i don't think he's worth it.

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been dating for 9 months. I love him. Some may say that it's too early for love or that i am too young (i'm 16). but i do love him.
We have been playing around for about two months now. but no sex.
We now think we are ready for sex.
What my question is...
If i had to go into a shop to buy condoms, is it likely they would as for I.D ?
Oh i live in the UK, so america may be different.
I mean i look 16, but im a shy person so if they asked i would just die.
I dont think i have the guts to accually go buy them. but then again i want to rather than have my boyfriend go buy them.
I'm also really really scared i might get pregnant

first off, before even getting around to sex, ask yourself if you would be able to handle it emotionally if you and your boyfriend broke up after sex. also, think: what would you do if you DID get pregnant?
condoms are very effective, if done right.
make sure you know the condom is on right, or it may not work.
the only way to be sure you won't get pregnant is to stay abstinent. if your gut is telling you you should hold off, then your boyfriend should understand.
and i doubt they would ask for your ID. you're at age of consent, as of UK.

I've been going out with this guy for eight and a half months. i really care about him, and as far as i know it's mutual. Recently i've been having serious issues with jealousy. There's this one girl he's always either talking to, or about. And she's the same way about him. I know he doesn't mean anything by it, but i'm beginning to think that she has a thing for him. i don't know what to do. i'm not the kind of person who can just sit back, watch and trust him to take care of it. i trust him not to cheat on me, but i don't think it would be beyond him to dump me for her. he has so many classes with her, and he seems to get along with her so well. I've told him about it, and all he ever does is assure me he's not attracted to her. That's not enough. Deep down i want him to just have nothing to do with her, but i would never ask him to do that, it would make him unhappy. but i don't know what to do right now, because i'm unhappy. (link)

The foundation of a relationship is trust.
Do you trust your guy?
If not, then don't be in a relationship with him.
Also, you shouldn't be unhappy.
Jealousy eats at us all. Just remember that you're the one with the guy.
Don't keep talking about the girl to him or mentioning it, you'll just be begging for a huge argument, and it will push him farther away from you.
Keep your cool.
You trust him?
Then don't sweat it.
However, if you DO discover he's cheating on you, kick him to the curb.

First, calm down and consider your options.
There is honestly no way to tell if you're pregnant or not without a pregnancy test unless you don't receive your period in the course of a couple of months.
You cannot immediately take the test right after sex, because in order to be pregnant, the egg must be fertilized.
YES, there is something you can do. It is a shot called emergency contraception that must be taken within a course of 72 hours after sex to prevent pregnancy. However, the longer you wait, the bigger chance there will be of a pregnancy.
Your body does what it wants. There is no way to make a period arrive faster.
Even when guys pull out before they orgasm, you can still get pregnant due to pre-cum, which still contains millions of sperm [remember, it only takes ONE to get you pregnant].
It doesn't matter if a guy has hair on his face or not, he still produces sperm just like you produced eggs when YOU were in the womb.
Every guy is different regarding length it takes to get to orgasm.
Don't ever listen to sex rumors from friends or anything else. There is nothing you can drink to kill sperm; the only way to lower pregnancy chances are with condoms or birth control.
Talk to a parent or adult you trust [for instance, a teacher or counselor]. Do NOT be afraid that they will get angry, I'm sure they'd be even more upset if you didn't come to them.
See a doctor and discuss your options with them.

i havent gotten my period on 2 months, this month i thought i was getting it so i put a pad on in case, for like 3-4 days it was like brownish black like when it starts or ends and then it stopped.

A period is your body's way of saying that you're healthy.
Have you been eating right/treating your body correctly?
Also, if you're having sex, you could be pregnant.
Either way, something is wrong. Talk to an adult that you trust, and talk to a doctor so THEY can help you with your issue.
