I've been fat my whole life- exept for a 1-week period when I was 11. My weight makes me feel sad, unwanted, unloved, depressed, worthless, and basically a failure as a person. I'm 14 now. I've considered suicide so many times.
I'm actually a shapely person (meaning i'm close to a bottomheavy hourglass- not a pear or apple) so I feel liek I look "fine" most of the time... but ultimately i feel like a complete fatass.
The thing is- I can't stick to a diet and keep the weight off for more than about 3 weeks. I was 160 in september- but I gained it back without even trying.
I've been all the way up to 183.
I take 4 dance classes and I work out on my elliptical trainer/treadmill as often as I can (usually about 2-4 times per week). I really don't even eat that much at all.
I DO NOT eat junk food or candy-type things.
why am I fat? is it because I'm negative and depressed?
ps: i'm pretty (facial features, skin/hair) but i don't feel pretty because i'm fat. (link)

okay, first of all, stop calling yourself fat. that just lowers your self esteem right off the back. you need to see yourself as having a shape. something a lot of skinny people dont have. secondly, diet and exercise are good things to do when your like 30 or something. your 14, you are growing still. your developing, your body is taking on new things. the only logical reason i can thing of for you being shapely is that your metabolism is just a little slower and you cant help that. you are doing all the right things now by staying away from junk food and stuff. just be happy with who you are and the shape you have. be so proud of it. hope i helped.

okay so basically i'm 16, turning 17 in april and i am a 34/b but it doesn't look like that at all. my friend is the same size as me but she is bigger than me & i def don't want to get implants i just want to be bigger (like most girls).. i got my period when i was 13, do i still have time to grow any more? also my mom, grandma's & aunts all have pretty big boobs does this mean that i'm just a late grower? also i've done gymnastics all my life does that have an effect as well? let me know thanks! okay, first of all, you should be completely proud of your boob size. having a b-cup is normal. besides, you dont want really big boobs. they get in the way, they attract attention from unwanted people, and they are kinda heavy. trust me, i know. second of all, you most likely are a late bloomer which is perfectly normal. lastly, ask your mom and grandma and aunts when they were fully developed. hope what i said helped you.
