she was wearing a pair of like black and white tie up boot type shoes. they were flat, but not quite knee high. she wears them a lot in her show wizards of waverly place, i'm sorry i can't find a picture but if you have any idea where i can get a pair if you know what i'm talking about thanks sooo much! They are Underground shoes. I coudln't find where to buy them 'cause they're not avaialble but those are the ones, correct? I love them too...
