I've some-what recently turned 16, and my mom has been on my heels about getting a job. I'm not much of a slacker, mind you, but I have a HUGE problem with communicating with strangers. I've been shy all my life, but not until recently have I grown more uncomfortable in my skin (in a non-superficial way). I have a very inconstant mood that likes to sway at it's own free will. This basically makes me retreat from anyone and everyone, and is another annoying factor I have to take account for. So, I was wondering, If you knew any type of job(s) I could apply for that wouldn't involve so many...people. Fast food and the movie theatre are DEFINITELY out of the question + answer. I doubt this will help much, but I live in the state of Washington.
-Thanks in advance,

I would try something in the back of the company. Like a cook or expo, helper on the back line. There's nothing wrong with being shy. I am quiet and as I have gotten older the quietness has gotten better. My boyfriend is also quiet and we seem to entertain each other quite well. Try something in the kitchen or an aid in a hospital. I also find that working with older or younger people seems to make me feel more comfortable than people my age. Stay confident and love yourself, that's all that really matters. God bless.

Did your gyn give you a pregnancy test at the doc when you went? I would consult a doc if you are still not feeling well. Stay on the pill or something. I was pregnant at 19 and it is not an easy road. I ended up raising my child by myself after I was 21. Take my advice and watch out when you have those sexual urges. You want to give your future child a stable and successful future. It's not easy paying bills and paying for a second responsibility. I hope I'm not being harsh, I'm just concerned and looking out for you.

Ok, I know that all girls give out a certain odor down there.I have my own* Now when I go see my boyfriend, it goes away and I dont know why. I have never had sex and dont plan to anytime soon. is there a reason why it goes away when I go and visit him? (link)

Sometimes you can get yeast infections and they cause odor. I would try something over the counter and if that doesn't work try your gyn. It's natural, i think?

Hello My name is seanicka (female), im 18 and on my way to college for education. The problem is my boyfriend lives in nassau bahamas. I met him over the summer while visiting my family and we became so close over the 3 months. We decided that we are gonna keep the relationship going because he really likes me and I really like him. Well actually its more than like, I can say we fell deeply in love with each other over that time and made lots of connections. Now im back in miami and everyday I cant do nothing but think of all the times that me and him shared and its making me cry everyday. Im just really afraid that this might not work out because i've never really been in a long distance relationship. Im not worried about him cheating on me its just the distance. Sometimes I just wish I knew if this is gonna work beforhand so I wont be wasting my time. Im really willing to make sacrifices to make this work and he say that he is as well but like I said Im still afraid. Do you think this can work out for me. (link)

Eek. I had a similar experience a few years ago. I was dating a guy in the military that I met through family. I live in South Carolina and he was in Belgium. We spent two weeks together and hit it off. We stayed in touch, everyday, for six months. He came back to visit and totally ignored me. We cut it off, obviously, and the next year he was married??? It was not a positive experience for me. Think of your life and college education, first and foremost. Good luck and god bless.
