Okay so I need help. And FAST! I've got a male betta who I've had for a short amount of time now and today he decided to show me that he indeed does know how to jump. I was cleaning his water like I ALWAYS have and I put meds in it because I expect him to be sick and I left him in a little bowl for awhile to let the medicine dilute in his water. LIKE I ALWAYS HAVE. Well, this time I come back a few hours later and he is out of the bowl and in the tub no longer moving. He moved when I touched him so he wasn't completely dead, just totally black on the side he was laying on. So I tossed him quickly into his new bowl and at first it wasnt too bad. he floated vertically with his mouth above the water and he swam just fine when I chased him with my finger. Now however is another story. He acts as though he is paralyzed and only his little fins would move. I can twirl him around in the water and he wont move. I still think he's breathing and he moves after awhile of bothering him. But not very far. He just twitches a little. Well I'm very worried about him and I don't want him to die. Is there anything I can do, or is all hope lost? PLEASE HELP ME!
Aww poor guy, I don't think there is much you can do for him now. Since he can't swim well and they breathe air from the surface, put him in shallow water, a few inches deep, so he can reach the surface easier.

hello.
i'm trying to lose weight and i work out alot. i try to everyday and then let myself rest on sundays. but i've been noticing i eat alot so basically my working out and eating cancle eachother out...which isn't bad but i've noticed i just kinda go into the kitchen eat a little snack..even if i'm not that hungry i still eat something. then later i do the same. and then when its like lunch or dinner time i eat like normal. and when i'm out with people and we get food i usually end up eating even if i'm not hungry or i end up finishing their food. and then after i eat i'm like you idiot why'd you do that. your not going to lose anything if you eat all the time. so what can i do to help myself stop eating when i'm not hungry? what can i do to help myself gain more selfcontrol?

Well I don't know if there is a way to just magically gain more self control. You just have to keep reminding yourself of what your goals are! Try not to eat when you aren't hungry, and stop eating when you're full. You don't HAVE to finish everything on your plate.
You could try chewing sugarfree gum or even brushing your teeth to cut down on cravings!
Sometimes being thirsty can be mistaken for hunger, try drinking more water.
And it's ok to snack between meals, just go for something healthy, like fruits and vegetables!

First of all, if you don't know how to have sex, you probably shouldn't be doing it...
15 is too young to have sex, wait until you are older. You don't want to do something you will regret later on down the road, what's the big rush?
Do you understand all the consequences of sex? You could get STD's or even become pregnant! You'll have to live with those for the rest of your life.
I say wait a few more years, trust me, it will be a lot better if you wait.
