Is there a difference between anxiety attacks and panic attacks? also, is it possible to wake up in the middle of the night for no reason having one? Thanks! (link)

idk if there's a difference, but i do know that i wake up in them all the time... it might have something to do with what your dreaming about (if its stressing you out) or it could be that no matter how much you sleep your concsious body is still in stress so it can still have one... either way, yes it's possible

i have black hair like pitch black, jet black whatever you call it and i want it red

i took my hair from very dark brown to pink, i just let it sit for twice the suggested time... but idk if this would work the same way, plus my hair rejected the dye (it washed out when it wasn't supposed to after like 20 washes) but you could try that if you don't want to bleach it.. i don't blame you for that its very bad for your hair ... btw, the other answer about slowly getting that color, not a bad idea... i don't think that dying it a lot ruins it, just bleaching (my cousin dyes her hair a different color every month and her hair is fine)

So I've decided to get my bridge, (the space between your eyes) pierced. Look it up on google if my description sounds odd =)
In order to avoid the cluttering that would happen if I got my septum pierced,since I have a monroe. (although, if you think it won't look cluttered I'm still open to piercing that instead of my bridge.)
Do you think that's a good choice?
(i realize some people don't like piercing, but try and jusge unbiasy) Just look at my face shape and see if it would 'go'.

i think that it doesn't matter if other people like it... you should if you do... everyone hates my tongue ring (they say its gross) but i keep it cause i like it... plus some men like it (it does increase pleasure lol) but i guess my advice is... most piercings look ugly for like 2 days cause your trying to get used to it (plus they are still swollen lol) and you should do it cause you want to

im not sure what i should do, a few weeks ago my bf stayed at his mates house who is 39. my bf is 16. his mate let my bf smoke a LOT of weed and he was so drunk he couldnt controll himself.(this has happened a few times whilst stayin at this guys house) my bf has now told me that he is goind to move in with this guy, trouble is it is about 45 mins away from where i live and im afraid i wont get 2 see him anymore. i have spoken 2 my bf and he has just said that he wont do anything stupid but i just dont wanna lose him... any1 got any advice? please? thank you lucee xXx (link)

idk exactly what my answer is, but i do think that cfwlovesyou (or whatever) is wrong, even if he does love you, he might not stay just cause its what he wants... i guess my answer is IF YOU WANT HIM TO BE HAPPY THEN LET HIM... so to say IF YOU LOVE HIM, LET HIM GO i guess

those nights (remember when we'd stay up late and we'd talk all night, in a dark room lit by the tv light through all the hard times in my life, those nights kept me alive we'd listen to the radio play all night didn't want to go home to another fight through all the hard times in my life, those nights kept me alive)
