i've been exercising almost everyday before i sleep but i haven't seen any change, would it be better if i exercised in the morning instead? i wanna lose inches off my legs and my stomach. what would be the fastest way to do that? and how long would it take for me to see a difference? (link)

For your legs, just run a lot, that builds your legs muscles and breaks down the fat, for your stomach, do crunches situps, and you can look up some other excercises for your stomach if you don't like the ones i just listed. But those are the best excercises i could think of for those body parts.

Go to the beach or a pool and you can swim.Hang out wit your friends at places, read(not my favorite, but for school summer reading to get that over with)take a walk around your neighborhood, play some sports, but usually the hanging out with your friends are the most fun.

ok.. well theres these kids in some of my classes... theres alot of them and when theyre not all there its not so bad but when theyre all there (just one class) its bad. i sit in the front row and all they do it sit behind me and make fun of me. they always claim that i smell and they make jokes about it. theyre like the "popular" type so this is cool to them. i know i dont smell though. they just say that because that room has a weird smell coming from the vents. im not one of the popular kids so they do this to make fun of me. its no fun and i hate that class. trust me though, i dont smell, i thought maybe i did at first when they started but i put on stronger deodarant and i sprayed perfume. its definitly not me. how do i get these mean people to stop tourturing me? u should try to ignore them..but if thats hard then just ask to move ur seat...or talk to the teacher about them

On May 17th im going to a plastic surgeon to get a mole removed from my cheek. Can anybody tell me what to expect? LIke whats the procedure that will take place adn what can i expect later? Scarring? and what i should do for the scarring?? thanks-- i rate!! (link)

ok well i got a mole removed on my back..but it wasnt big..they just took me into a room and they numbed the area and then they just get a scalp and slice it off...u dont feel any of it so dont worry abouit the pain..i do have a scar from me it but its not that noticable..hope i helped ...peace

I'm 15, female and I have been dating my bf for almost a month now. I am a cutter but none of my friends know about it. My bf and I were talking about one of our friends being a cutter and he asked me if I was. I lied to him and told him I wasn't. Now I feel terrible about lying to him. i think u should tell him..cus honesty is the best policy...and try not to cut urself...things can get really bad...but its not worth cutting urself...it might seem like a way to solve ur problems..but its not..trust me

my friend called and asked me for a blank Cd and I told her I can't get her one b/c they are my brothers.She kept saying 'oh just ask him' so I said 'i can't, because i had my other friend over and we were watching a movie`I am constantly giving her stuff.i'm not even kidding. I give her clothes,i bought her lunch today(didnt even ask her to pay me back!)when i told her i couldnt she's like 'ok, whatever bye'i thought that was really rude.when people say the word 'whatever' to me i find it offensive and she hung up on me.what should i do? i did nothing wrong and just stuck up for myself...
