This might seem like im depressed but i really have nothing to be depressed about. At night I cry for no reason i just feel the need to cry. I start to realize that after the tears comes a rainbow but thats not exactly right becasue after i feel like i need to regret crying over nothing.Sometimes i stay up past 12 am and find reasons to cry and other times i try so hard not to cry. Crying for no reason does sometimes feel stupid, but its not. I use to be a lot like you, up at night crying for no reason, just because I felt like I needed to cry. I felt like I had to cry, just becase I hadn't. Slowly, I stopped somehow and don't even now how I stopped. I think everyone in there life just has to cry. Don't try not to cry, just do it and dont be worried about what other people will think. It doesnt matter if theres any reason, crying just sometimes heals your emotions.
