yea foreplay is a definite; it helps with lubrication. My frame is really small and my boyfriend.. is well endowed.. haha.. sometimes it would hurt down there if I was not lubricated. Men have a tendency to go right for it but girls need a little foreplay to get ready. If you don't want to wait use KY lube.
