I recently wrote a guy, who I'll call "Bryan", a note, which said that I liked him as more than just a friend. After four days of waiting for a response, my friend brought it up when they were talking. He said that he likes me as "just a friend, if not less than that." Bryan also told my friend that he likes some girl named "Sandy". It sucks, because I feel like he led me on. He'd always smile at me, blush when I came up in a conversation, etc. He even said that I was cute. What irritates me the most, is that it took Bryan four days to tell me how he feels about me, when he could've just straight-up told me how he felt. I've been trying to get over him, but he just keeps trying to make me feel worse about being rejected. He's friends with my friend, and ever since I was rejected, he's been hanging out with her a lot more. He sat down at my lunch table on Friday, and had a huge conversation with her, about the girl he likes. I had to walk away, and almost started crying. It hurt so much, and it still does. He's being a huge jerk, and I don't know how to get over him. HELP. (link)

Well my advice would be to let it go because if someone doesn't appreciate you for who you are than you should just move on.

in our group of friends there is a girl (lets call her laura) who every1 else is always bitchin about. i join in with them sumtimes but i dont agree wiv it. the thing is, i dont wanna tell em off or anythin coz they wont like me as much, but laura's my feidn n i dont wanna lose her coz i was tryin to keep my other friends. help! Well you know that if the group of friends keep talking about your friend then their not really your friends their just being mean and anyone who talks about someone else isn't your friend and if you thought about it you would know that laura is your only true friend.

There is this boy that I known for about 2to4 and a 1/2 years I like him I love him but there's a problem though because he's in the 9th grade and im in the 7th he likes me and I like him.But I just didn't tell him how I felt. But he's going to leave junior high soon and I keep showing signs that I like him but he just doesn't get it. "i just love him thats why i dont know what to do with out him". someone please help me.

Listen you have to stop bugging yourself about this guy if he doesn't respond to your flirting then he knows that he's way out of your league. On the contrary start a conversation with him and don't think about him when you engage in a conversation think about how your doing this to show your bravery and dignity for woman all across the globe.

I work there 3 days a week, and I get free meals, so I eat there rather than spend money somewhere else. I get tired of eating only salad, but when I do, I bring my own fat-free dressing from home. Sometimes, I add ham to my salad. On days when I work a long day, I get a lunch, so I get a personal size pizza with light cheese and vegatables only or ham or chicken and veggies. Is this ok to eat 3x's a week, or should I start bringing my own food from home? If so, what should I bring? There is a microwave there, but no place for me to eat but the main dining room, and I feel funny eating food that isn't from there in front of the customers. They also have sandwiches (chicken, ham or turkey with cheese and ranch dressing on them) So when I get one of those, I get light cheese and no dressing, and put my own fat-free dressing on them. The bread is like a french roll. I want to lose 30 lbs. Any advice? (link)

When you go to your job next time remember to bring a salad from home with you and you can eat that the first day the second day eat a non-fat daily meal of your choice that has a delightful taste that will light up your taste buds and on the third day eat what you like that stays below 20% total fat.
