I'm a 19 year old female. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 135 pounds. Ever since I was 16 I've wanted to lose weight. I've been going to the gym at times 5-6 days a week for 3 months then I see no results AT ALL and stop going. I've been the same weight for 3-4 years. I've tried cutting back on calories but and it seems to be working well until night time. Then it is like I can't control myself and have to eat, if I see it I want it, if i know its in the cabinent I want it. I know I just need to tell myself no but has this happened to anyone else?!?! I restrick myself during the day but after dinner I lose it and undo my diet. I honestly need help...i was thinking of wearing a bracelet as a reminder to feel guilty or something when im bingeing (link)

I'm 5'4 and I weigh 200 lbs so you have nothing to worry about. If you really feel that you need to lose weight to feel better than do everything you can to get to your desired weight.
There are a lot more women in the world that look like us than who look like super models that you see in magazines and on television.

i think you should work out a bit more so that you can get to your desired weight. you don;t have to impress anyone but yourself.

since you went to an all girls school you aren't used to being around alot of guys.
you could just open up a bit more to some of the people around you. you should get out there and mix and mingle. before you know it you'll have all the guys chasing after you.

this is what you do. if you have any friends that know how you can ask them to teach you or you could try to make your own style of cheering and you could keep working on it until you know all of the moves perfectly. you could ask people you know that cheer for tips and you could show them what you've been working on. you should ask them for their opinions on this. soon you'll bse cheering all over and maybe someone will see you and they will recomend you and maybe you could try out for the cheerleading squad.

Lately my dad has been wanting to spend time with me, and for some reason I just really don't want to. I don't know why, but I feel uncomfortable. Like, he asked me to go to lunch, and I just said "I'll think about it", and then without telling him I went to a friends house, and slept over PAST the next days lunchtime, just to AVOID being asked again. What's my problem? I mean...I still like the guy, but I really want to b left alone. And lately, I've been liking my mom more. Pleeease help me!!! Thanks. (link)

well its just the fact that he's a guy. you might not know that you know it but some part of you doesn't think he'll understand where you're coming from. since your mom is a women she might give you better advice about things you have questions about. you're father might feel that he doesn't spend enough time with you so he wants to let you know that he'll always be there for you when you need him

well there was this one boy names jonathan who i had a crush on for about almost two years he keeps jumping back and forth with two girls but he never went out with me. i had wrote him a letter and he wrote me back and it was good but he said he doesn't have feelings for me but at one time last year he did. my question is why didn't he go with me then when he knew he had the chance?

well you could try writing a letter to her. but if she's the type of person that will be disgusted just get a friend to do it but trust me when it's over you'll be fine. you can even ask her how she feels about you if/when she writes you back. but don't go getting hysterical about the letter not coming soon enough because if you do that then you will seem to desperate and no girl likes that.

don't worry nothing's wrong with you i have a friend that's about to be 15 and still didn't get hers. some people get it when theyr'e between the ages of 7-15. there is nothing to worry about you are perfectly fine. some people look at this as a blessing trust me. when you get it you will feel older in the beginning but then it won't seem like a big deal and you'll be cool with it all.
