okay.. well, this might sound bad but...
i only eat one meal a day or sometimes just one poptart or a pizza pocket.
but i am not hungry and i dont want to eat if im not starving.
i really want to loose weight.
will this help?

you ARE starving yourself if you're only eating one meal a day...that's no where near the amount of food that your body needs to function. everything that you do each day is possible because of FOOD! your body needs fuel! also, by feeding your body so little, it will actually cause it to hold on to the fat reserves in your body and make them extremely difficult to lose. they say the best way to lose weight is to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. look it up! it's way healthier and it works. your body does so much for you...be kind to it! it doesn't want a poptart or a pizza pocket...give it vitamins and nutrients!
