Percocet is oxycodone combined with Tylenol. Your sister is damaging her body and mind and it's obviously affecting you as well. Oxy is dangerous if used in high doses and its highly addictive. Tolerance occurs rather quickly and before long the user needs more and more to feel the effects (I speak from experience). Oxy slows down your respiratory system (breathing) and can have a lot of bad effects (severe constipation, never pleasant!). Also, the user cannot just stop taking it all of a sudden if they've formed a habit because that is dangerous, it must be tapered off of (reducing the amount taken little by little). The reason for this is there will be withdrawal if stopped suddenly, and this withdrawal can cause damage or even death. Your sister needs to stop and so does her boyfriend. Tell your parents or any adults that you trust because its very likely that she is going to need all the help she can get to stop what she's doing.

I used to smoked weed for like half a year yet i do not think it was that much. I have depersonaliosation/derealization, i also at times get anxiety attacks and depression led to it as well. My sleeping schedule is off, i think i'm going crazy. My mother and my sister were in the kitchen while i was in the bathroom and i thought i heard my sis crying loud and i went to them and tapped her and she looked at me...she was fine and i was like "whaaa" ...anyhow, i sometimes understand things in a different way. I also feel useless to this world (have no job) im 17....i also think i see one thing but is not...they aren't serious at all i think. I feel like i often push people away, like a mean side comes out of me but i mean no harm :/ or am i meant to be an asshole? (link)

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that it is very likely your sleep habits that are are the root of your issues. When you aren't sleeping adequately, not getting enough hours and proper REM, your wakeful self will suffer. Auditory hallucinations, confusion, feeling not all there, etc. can be caused by your sleep, or lack of it. See a neurologist who specializes in sleep issues if possible. Until then, get on a routine, sleep the same number of hours per night and see what happens. If you have trouble falling asleep you can try taking melatonin, it's safe and natural and available over the counter. If you get a good sleep schedule down and you are still having these problems, then try eating healthy, drinking lots of water, exercise, etc. and if all else fails see a psychologist. Best of luck :)

For those of you who have seen the show perception.
What does the main character do? I find it completely interesting learning different ways the brain and mind aorm. Especially in a mentally ill person. I guess like a psychiatrist. I'm 21 year old female and I'm at that point in my life where I am completely lost on what career path I want to go down. I'd really like to get into the whole paychology/mind/brain stuff. But I have no idea then differences of what. I'm not sure how to put it in exact words. I just know I'm really really interwsted in the whole idea. I've always wanted to work in a psych ward. But I don't want to be in the medical field. Ie. Nurse or doctor .. I just really want to see how far I can go within the mind and brain. And learn more about it. If anyone knows what I'm teying to say please. Help me. (link)

The first step would be to enroll in a general psych course in college and take it from there. After you fet that first course out of the way then you can look into abnormal psych, child psych, etc and really get into the good stuff. If this is what interests you then go for it. Don't let the years pass you by and still be wondering or wishing. Good luck!
