When you dye your hair with kool aid, how long does the color stay in for??

Here's how I dye my hair with koolaid
Things you will need: little bowl, 5-10 packs of unsweetened koolaid, conditioner, tin foil, a comb and something to spread the mixture with (I use a plastic knive).
STEPS
1. Take 5 to 10 packs of unsweetened koolaid and put them in a bowl.
2. Put a nickle sized dot of conditioner in the cup.
3. Mix it until it has a mayo consistancy.
4. Rip a piece of tin foil off and place it under the piece of hair you want to dye.
5. Take the knive (or whatever you're gunna use) and spread the mixture onto your hair.
4. Make sure all the hair is on the tin foil. Squeeze it so that the hair doesn't fall out of the foil.
The time varies depending on your hair color.
Blonde - 6 hours
Red - 7 1/2 to 8 hours
Brown - 8 hours
Black - 9 hours
I suggest you do this before you go to bed so that when you wake up it would be done.
5. Remove the foil.
6. Hop in the shower for about 2 or 3 minutes to get all the extra koolaid/conditioner off.
7. Brush through your hair so none of it sticks together.

Just keep in mind that if you have black hair .. it's not going to be very bright. It would probally only give your hair a little bit of a color. It might be more noticable in good lighting. About the amount of time you should leave the color on .. the longer you leave it on the brighter the color will turn out. The times that I put are just recomended times. If you have brown or black hair and you want the color to be really noticable .. I recomend you go to a professional and get it bleached. (Only if you plan on dying your hair a lot with koolaid.)
