Okay, so I'm not exactly what you'd call fat, but I seem to think I'm overweight, I have flab. I'm 5'6 & 135lbs. Even though this is a normal weight, its all focused in my stomach and legs, so yeah. Anyways, I'm thinking about trying out the Special K Diet or the Cabbage Soup diet. Do either of these work? And even if they do, does the weight stay off? This one girl said it did for her, but many say it doesn't. Also, do crunches really flatten your stomach, or just the muscles underneath, and what are some excercises I could do for the stomach and thighs, And what are some non-expensive healthy foods to help me eat better?

first off, your not over weight, with your height your suppose to weigh more. so get that out of your head. and i eat special k every morning and it seems to work. just watch what you eat and try not to comsume as much fats and sugar, cut 400 calories than your normal intake.

How do I stop liking someone..I've liked a girl off and on for over a year now, and now I can't get her out of my head..I've asked her out once already, but she rejected me..That just made me like her more..! and I don't under stand how to get her out of my head... (link)

well first off, don't completely give up on her, but talk to her, become good friends, i mean okay so maybe your not going out, but being friends is just as good. and maybe find another girl. maybe she will get jealous? but if you still like her and you can't get her out of your head, then don't fight it, but don't hold youself back from everyone else.
