OKay...My best friend can be like such a bitch, but she is also my closest friend out of everyone else. It gets so annoying because she would like do anything for a boyfriend, and she thinks every guy likes her. Its gets on everyone's nerves, but no one knows how to confront her without being bitchy about it. SHould I say anything? (link)

I believe the simple asnwer is yes. I personally believe in being open and honest with my friends at all times.
Ignoring the problem will only lead to it festering up inside of you, until one day you explode in a fit of rage. And more often then not when this happens, things get said that we quite often regret, maybe stuff we can't take back.
A good friend will understand your concern. You need to show her that you are looking out for the best interest of your friendship, for the short term and the long term.
