hey
i just got my bellybutton pierced about a week ago with the bananna barbell
i have been cleaning it twice a day with dial liguid soap
but now i woke up and its all red and hurts and white stuff is coming out
so now i am still cleaning it with dial soap but im also putting neosporin on it as well
my friend got it done with me and hers is fine
i dont know what to do because i like it so much and i dont want to take it out
any one ever expeirence this and have some suggestions?

Hey I just got mine pierced about a week ago and mine was bleading right after it was done but she said that was normal.. I was told to clean it with distilled water and salt, non idiozed slat that is... Dont use dial liquid soap!! It contains chemicals that are bad for your inside, and DO NOT YOU NEOSPORIN!! Thats one thing she told me not to use because it traps teh germs and will infect your piercing. Here is the soultion you need to use to clean it, if your not gonna buy the soultion they sell.. 4tsp of non iodized salt for every 8oz of water... Or you can go to wal mart and over where the eye like contact stuff is you can buy " Equate Sterile Saline Soultion for sensitive eyes" It works like every thing else and its ok to use for your navel piercing..
