I i had my laptop for a wile now its never crashed or had any problems with it. but lately it takes like almost 15min to load up when it starts up so i was to clear it like so its has no memory i dont have any of the CD's that it came with I HAVE NOTHING NO CDS what can i do...i have a Dell Inspiron 2200 (link)

If it is taking 15 minutes to start, the main problem will be the programs that are in startup.
Install CCleaner and check the applications that are starting during the startup. You can disable some of the programs which are not required.(like realplayer, acrobat reader,quickplayer..)
You can also disable the startup programs using start-->run-->msconfig-->start tab.
Also consider running registry cleaner from ccleaner.
