My life has hit rock bottom. I have no hope left for myself. This year has been one of the worst years I have faced in the 20 years of my life. My college grades are anything but good. My dog passed away last month. My boyfriend of 8 months who I love, is hurt because i lied to him that i was a virgin. He won't even talk to me properly. I have absolutely no friends who I can talk to about anything. I want to end my life. I just cant continue living in pain each day with no one around to take care of me or just hold me and say that "It's gonna be okay". I try to optimistic but I'm just too lonely. What do I do?
Okay, your life is a total mess at present.
"At present"...... that is important.
The Present soon becomes the Past, it can never become the Future.
So tell yourself, "This moment too, shall pass".
10 years, 20 years down the line, you won't even remember how this bf of yours of 8 months, even looked (perhaps).
Perhaps you will not meet a person you like so much, ever again.
On the other hand, there's a good enough chance that you WILL.
You ahve the internet.... that's your Friend (with a Capital 'F', at the moment). It's your BEST friend.
In a few weeks, or months, you will make a friend or two in real-time. You can fight with them or love them, as you feel..... that's for later.
If you study, maybe your grades will improve?
If you don't want to / can't focus on studies, you can think of taking a semester off from your studies, while you organize your life.
And here's the REAL advice... go to a shop that sells herbal products and take St. John's Wort, it'll help you get out of the mess you are in.
It's safe to take and non-addicting. Just TAKE IT.
Your Friend.
I want to grow my hair like two inches longer by august would be nice. I was wondering if there is any vitamins or other natural ways to do it. I've heard certain vitamins make your hair grow pretty fast. I was wondering what these are, if there safe, healthy, and if they have any other effect on you. Thanks!
Massaging your scalp with pure coconut oil once a week will help it grow faster. Coconut oil reaches the roots of the hair and nourishes them. It is used by women in India to grow long, lustrous hair.
Vitamin E especially is said to help growth of hair. You could take caps of Vit E for a few weeks, to help your hair grow faster.
Hope this helps.

You can try Yerba mate capsules, if they are available where you live. Yerba mate is a herbal preparation that is said to suppress appetite, and is said to be of some benefit in bulimics, too.
You may also try flaxseed oil, which has definite appetite-suppressing effects, and see if it works for you.
Trying them out is the only way you can find out if they would suit you, because they may work in some people and not in others.
But they usually work and are worth a try.
I know I have a bad case of OCD, but some things just seem like common sense to me, which is a major factor of this "Illness".
Today, I am so worried, my partner cooked raw meat (pork) for his dinner, he put the empty packet in a carrier bag which was hooked on the cutterly drawer, and then left the bag there
He washed his hands after disposing the packet into the bag.
Then he touched the handle of the bag to open it and put some more rubbish into it, then WITHOUT washing his hands he opened the drawer and got a knife out.
This may seem fickle to others but I cannot stop thinking about this and i'm so conviced there i s now raw meat germs on the knives in the cuttlery drawer.
I know the fact that I cannot settle is due to OCD, but i really feel i need to clean the cuttlery again and detol the tray and the drawer, this i know will cause a massive argument, ive already been warned not to do this, but while he's at work i really want to do it, i'm so scared.
Is this just OCD or would a "normal" person have to wash the cuttlery again?
Thank you
This may seem excessive worrying to others, but for you, it would seem to be a 'normal' worry, I agree.
You could perhaps just wipe the cutlery, if you feel very anxious, I'm quite sure you don't need to use an antiseptic like Dettol to clean it.
After all, only one knife was taken out without the drawer being rummaged, wasn't it?
And you could use Dettol to wipe the knob of the cutlery drawer, if you wish, too.
In any case, OCD is difficult to cope with, in everyday life.
If you'd like, you could take some of the Bach flower remedies for your OCD too, for they can make life less stressful in many such conditions!
hi ive been spitting up mucus for like 3 weeks but i dont have a cold or anything. and i haven't had one recently. i have been sneezing randomly all the time- could this be alergies possibly? if not what could it be?
thanks
You could be having an inflammation at the back of your nose, quite possibly due to an allergy or a mild infection.
You should try taking herbal tea for a few days, to see if gets better. It ususally does.
