I am a 14 year old american Lolita-chan (Look here to see what lolita-chan is http://www.blue-period.fsnet.co.uk/graphics/glbible5/033.jpg ...) My skin is paper white and I go by Japanese ettiquette. I wear SPF 50 sunscreen and I'm really fit. but I don't feel like I am right. I feel beautiful being a Lolita-chan. But it's a Japanese style and I have 0 Japanese in me... Is it still right for me to use that style? Or am I just not right. Basically I look like the girls in that picture (link)
i think its cool! i couldnt pull it off, not at all, but you could probably pull it off easily! if you feel great in it, then do it!

i really want a cartilage piercing but im really scared of a couple things ...
1. does it hurt when they put the needle through??
and does it hurt ALOT after wards
2. does it get caught in your hair or clothes?
3. how long does it take to heal and how long b4 i can change it ..some ppl say it take 1 year to fully heal is that true?

thankss in advance :)

ok.
a#1 it doesnt hurt when they put the needle through, but it does burn a bit, i think, for a hour or so afterwards, but advil will help with that, which i DIDNT take...
a#2 no, it shouldnt get caught in your clothes, but make sure when getting your hair cut or you even brush your hair to watch out for it, because when i got my hair cut, the lady ripped mine out before it was fully healed.
a#3 itll take about 2 months to fully heal, just to be safe, but mine was fine after 6 weeks.

and, not to scare you, but when i got it done, and some of my friends agreed with this, your cartelage may make a pop noise, but dont even worry!
and make sure you get it from the front to back, and NOT have the back on the side of your ear. it looks bad, and it may hurt if they get the edge of your cartelage. you can just ask them to make wure they do that, thats what i did. the only problem with it is that it sometimes gets sore when you sleep on it, but youll get used to it.

Hey people.Ive been thinking about piercing my own nose myself.please dont say"Go get it done by a perfesional"ive would of done that already, please dont ask why i didnt.Anyway. Does anyone know how to pierce it yourself?I bought my nose studs already. If i do do it myself,is there something i need to do to it or whatever. i really need help i want to do this, but i dont want to end up in the emergancy room, lol.so please be specific. Thanks!I will really appreciate anything.xoxo (link)
i pierced my own nose at home, and i had absolutely no problems, i even ahd to take it out every sunday for volleyball.

i recommend buying the nose stud, where its a rod instead of a screw that you put in for self piercing, bc itll be easier to put in...

#1 STERILIZE YOUR NEEDLES! just soak it in rubbing alcohol while your doing step 3.

#2 Take some advil, ibprophen, whatever you like, and JUST RELAX!

# When i did it, i put on my favorite music,(hard rock) and iced my nostril until the whole ice cube was melted, and it was totally numb.

#4 Then, with the nose rings that i bought, on the back was a little foam square thing. i folded that in half, stuck it in my nose, and then slowly pierced it. the foam thing was used for easier piercing, and so the needle didnt stab the middle of your nose.

#5 Clean it with rubbing alcohol twice a day!(morning and night? before and after school?)

i only did it myself because im too young(14)to get it done professionally in my state of wisconsin, and it looks like its killer to get it done. GOOD LUCK!!!! and take care of it! and it may be a bit sore, but mine wasnt that bad...youll love it!
