My hair smells good. But as soon as I go to someone's house, my hair smells the same way as my friend's house or any house I visit. Today, I went to a friend's house and she had her house painted. My hair stunk so much! It smells like paint. I recently went to another friends house, which smells like curry. This is disgusting. My hair smelled exactly the way her house smelled. What can I do to stop this Stinky smell coming to my hair? Also, if I don't wash my hair after 1 day, my hair starts to get greasy and there can be some scabs showing. I don't want to take a shower every day! (link)

My hair gets oily too, and i don't like taking showers everday. i still have too because i have sports practice 4 nights a week. too help your hair in the morning with out having to take a shower, you can use a dry shampoo. it absorbs the oils in your hair, and gives it a fresh smell. try TRESemme Fresh Start Dry Shampoo For Oily/Straight to Normal Hair. it works for me!

I am 13 years old and im not sure when im going to start my period...i really wld like some help with this!!! also i have been getting some cramps but im not sure if they are period cramps. i have also had discharge, im not sure if it is considered heavy or not but its NOT light! (: and i would like to know some symptoms there are and as many as possible!!!! sorry this is long but i really need your help ASAP!!!!!!!!! thanks to everyone and...help soooooonnn!!

another sign is bad breakouts a couple days before your period. also, mood swings, for me, is a really big sign (for me and my parents) :) if you feel easily irritated or frustrated, thats a huge sign for me. i always try to correct my actions because i feel bad later.
after my first period, i started getting parinoid about if i was going to start again because i didn't want it leaking through my pants.
but the most important thing is not to get anxious! its alright! your period will come, and it will be so exciting when it does! :)

im 13 and my period has not started yet but i have been having alot of discharge in the last month or so... today i had some discharge and over it there was a brownish color spot. im not sure if it was blood that had been dried or what. i had a couple cramps 2 day but i have a cold so im not sure. also, the spot was about a penny or a dime sized if that helps...!!! i need your advice ASAP!! thanks :)
Also: what else could this be? my mom started hers at 12 years old or so and ill be 14 in october but she was just barely 12 so....??? (link)

Everyone is different. There isn't a guide book or check list to see if you have had your period. (it would be very help full if there was) :)
When i first started, it was just normal blood in my underware, like it was a cut on my arm or something. It didn't come out heavy and i didn't have any cramps. It's hard to know if you have had your period, but just make sure that you have the supplies you need at school and with you in your purse if you go anywhere. also, try to remember to wear dark pants during your period in case you leak. it's also helpful to have a jacket with you if you do leak, and it shows through your pants, so you can tie the jacket around your waist to cover the spot.
