well I am on a diet too right now. all you gotta do is cut down on yuor food intake but don't starve your self. Just watch what you eat and let the LBS fall off

My friend (we are in 7th grade, and we are 13) has a boyfriend thats a really bad kid. He does drugs, but she tells us that he told her he would stop. but i think that he's lying to her. She wont listen to me ahe thinks that he stopped but i know he diddnt. I just dont want her to go on the wrong path, she says she wont but i think she will. She probubly will without even knowing that. (link)

well what you want to do is get some inside people... ya-no people who know him and have they can talk to him for you. or you could just go for the kill ... the worst that could happen is he could say no.
