I don't have a flat stomach so I'm going to do cardio excersizes to fix that. I really love to run and running helps me stay in shape and it's the only fun thing I like to do for excersizing, but there's a problem. Where I am, it's 100 degrees and I can't run around in that kind of heat! I almost passed out just by walking because its soo hott! I don't have a tredmill, I'm too young to go to the gym, and I can't use anyone else's tredmill. How can I still run, and what are some more excersizes I can do that will have the same effect on me as running to help me lose the fat in my stomach? (I already know about sit ups and crunches.) And what are some healthy foods to eat? (link)
Well you could try running around your bedroom. Or do jumping jacks.
