OKay is there anyway to be a preppy scene kid? I so love the scene style and everything. But i also love preppy clothes. I already own tons of Lacoste and Burberry and such. And i dont wanna get rid of them. So I need some help. Thanks and im sorry if this question is so confusing. Oh and if you can help me find some websites with some good scene clothes, that would be most helpful. Cost is no problem.

Thoses plastic and acrylic/lucite earrings and necklaces that you see everywhere? How do you make it? Where do you get the materials from and how do you cut out your jewelry? I want to make a DIY necklace earring and bracelet set to sell on my Myspace shop or on Livejournal and I don't know where to begin! (link)

Well there are two ways of going about this - you an either approach a local DIY store and buy acrylic, lucite and diamonds / swarovski crystals and cut the acrylic out using a sharpie or some other tool, though this requires a lot of patience, and the acrylic would have to be thin, and would probably break easily.
Or you could get your design laser cut - most people opt for this as it's easier, more professional, and sometimes can be cheaper. Also you can laser cut thicker, stronger pieces of acrylic or lucite.
Most of the scene kids of Myspace use places like LoveBites and Bruises (an e-famous laser cutting company). You just email them your design & any requirements and they laser cut it and mail it to you.
