Dude... just try to skate... do whatever feels natural... That's what I did... and your doing it up to pass time? I hope you get more into it... you dont skate to pass time man... I skate cuz I love it, it helps me get rid of anger, and their is nothing like just going out at night and street skating... anywayz do what feels natural to you, I am right handed, and I skate with my right foot closest to the nose of the board...
