Q: My homecoming is this Saturday. What types of dresses would be appropriate for homecoming? I mean, I know it's not like prom, or a wedding or anything... Do you think buying a dress from Forever 21 would be alright? I've seen some of their dresses, they're a mix between formal and casual. :) Otherwise, I'll just look at DEB, at my local mall. :) Also, what kinds of things should I do with my hair, or what kinds of accessories should I wear? I honestly don't wear much jewelry, so I think I'll be fine without it. :) I'm pretty sure whoever gives me advice will tell m to be myself. xD :P I have shoulder-length hair, and I'm asian.... so... I don't know, maybe I could curl my hair? xD It'll probably be flat an hour later though. =.= I don't know, what do you guys think? What are some suggestions? Dresses, shoes, accessories, styles... I'm open to all suggestions. :P If you are to give me some pics of dresses, I'd prefer them to be from the websites DEB or Forever 21... It would be much easier for me lol. I'm pretty skinny, so that could also be an issue in finding a dress.... Thanks!

Yeah a dress from forever 21 would be fine because homecoming is a bit more casual than prom. I have also found cute homecoming dresses at Macy's in the past that are around the same prices as dresses found at DEB.
You don't really need too many accessories, unless you're wearing a plain little black dress which in that case you could wear a belt that matches your shoes, otherwise just stick with earings and a nice ring or necklace if you feel you need it.
You should stick with wearing your hair down because an updo will probably get annoying, curl it or straighten it either way will look cute =]

Q: I'm going to a concert to see one of my favorite bands with my best friend but I have no idea what I should wear! Torn jeans? A band shirt? I know we'll be dancing and jumping around a lot though and my friend might even try to do a mosh pit because she's really crazy like that haha
Should I do my hair? If so, what style would be best for this? I don't want to look stupid by the end of the night. Should I do my make-up? I guess if I do my make-up I should do it like the nighttime clubbing style, right? I don't think I can really take a purse with me with my make-up so whatever I do, I won't be able to touch-up during the concert. Any help, please?

If you have a band T-shirt then where it, with ripped jeans, skinny jeans or if your want to be really comfortable than wear leggings. (if you think the whole leather legging style looks cool you can get a pair of "liquid leggings" at American Apparel). if you want to wear a purse than where one of the long strap ones that you can sling over one shoulder and diagonally across your chest.
Where your hair down either straightened or scrunched.
all you need for makeup is some black eyeliner and mascara, leave the lips clear with chap stick.
For shoes i would suggest converse or keds because you can run around easily in those. if your going to wear ankle boots or something, at least make sure they are flats.

Q: My lips are already chapped from the wind and cool weather and I absolutely hate it. It sucks to have hurting lips and I know my boyfriend hates to kiss me because they are scratchy to him too. What is the best chapstick? I saw all sorts of brands in the line at Wal-Mart...blistex, chapstick brand, burt's bees, softlips,...what is the best available at Walmart or a drug store or whatever? please?

Q: my skin is really dry on my hands from the wind and the cooler weather right now. is there a really good hand lotion that i could get somewhere? I'm up for ANYTHING! they crack and bleed a little bit too and it sucks so I need hand lotion with deep moisture, I think...

yea i know what you mean, my skin has always been really dry too!
i use Vaseline aleo fresh. (hydrating body lotion with aloe & cucumber)
lotions that have scents can irritate your skin, (especially if your skin is sensitive like mine), and can make your skin turn itchy and red, so Vaseline aloe fresh is great because it has a neutral scent that's actually good for your skin.

Q: I just asked WHERE I can get a good halloween costume but this one is different because I want ideas on WHAT I should dress up as! I thought about like an angel but I'm not sure if that is good enough. I want something a little unique but hott so I can get everybody's attention at the halloween party. Q: I am an aspiring model and singer. So far I have been told I have much potential, to not give up. That I will deffinately make it in the industry. I was wondering if anyone had any pointers on how to do so?

you should def make your own blog if you don't already have one,
you can put pics on the blog for modeling and you can put videos on for your singing. (www.Blogger.com)
paste your blog's URL every where, facebook, myspace, online chat forums, try e-mailing to important people of the industry, agents, etc.
