Q: Not sure if it is a problem haha, ok this is kina embarassing lol.
Well um
I Want a flat stomache right, but i know that i have to do sit ups and stuff like that but whenever i do situps my butt hurts me and i cant do so much of it is it alrite if i do it on my bed? and also when i do cardio workouts for my whole body i aalways feel like im doing nothing or a little.
Sit ups really aren't going to work. What you really should do is take up a regular sport/exercise, like join a soccer league at your town or YMCA (while it depends how old you are).

What works really well for losing weight fast is hard workouts for 1-2 hours a day. I'm in high school and run cross country (full-fledged running) for two hours, 5 days a week. It pulled me into shape FAST. Try running about 3 miles a day down your street (you can use a pedometer for this) and do it every day. You'll see results in no time.
