Q: my vagina is red itchy swollen it hurts to walk and it changes the way i walk. what is this? i am not sexually active or anything but when i wipe i do it from front to back. does anyone have any idea on what i might have

It miqht be a yeast infection so you miqht want to see a doctor.
If you do, Monistat works really well. It's kind of messy thouqh so you miqht want to wear a pad.
If that doesn't work, theres a pill the doctor can precribe. It's just one pill you take that should qet rid of it in 4-5 days. Usually they'll prescribe a second pill to take after 5 days just incase it didn't clear all of it.

Q:
My sister is trying to get pregnant and she came to me to have a personal talk the other day. She is overweight (290 lbs) or something like that...and she wanted to know if she could still get pregnant at her weight or if it is harder then the average person to become pregnant.

Most of the woman I've known over 250 lbs. have all miscarried when they had babies.
It not be harder for her to get pregnant, but it sure will be a lot more likely for her to lose the baby early on.
