My mum is the type who loves to have control over everything, she makes all my choices for me. "i know what's good for you" I don't have any say in anything anymore, i'm ending up not seeing my friends on the holidays. I can't make any academic decisions like what classes to choose. She doesn't trust me at all with anything important. I tried talking to her about it, but she doesn't listen. I'm going to fail some subjects she chose. because i can't do them. And i'm in year 10. She treats me exactly the same as my 9 year old sister. I just want some control of my life. She pushes me in everything, if i get 97% in an exam and the top score, it's not good enough. (link)

I know exactly how you feel my mom is the same way when I want to get a haircut I have to have the haircut she chooses even if iam paying for it which is really unfair just becouse i have a learning disability my mom went and got me a disability check so I couldn't get a job in the future which is unfair by the way my mom says she won't let me get my driving licens becouse of my learning disability wich I think is unfair,I think the only thing you could do in this situation is try to talk to her again I know I havn't been much help iam so sorry I wish I could have helped you more.

ok basically i'm 14 years old and i've never had a boyfriend. never had a guy asked me out. never been kissed at all. and it's really pathetic... its not that im ugly or fat or have no friends or i'm mean, or anything. guys just never seem to like me. a lot of my more unattractive friends seem to get boyfriends, and my personality is just as good, i'm just as outgoing, i'm just as ANYTHING. and i feel like the world's biggest loser. is 14 really old for someone whos never been kissed/had a boyfriend????? tell the truth!
