It depends on speed of your metabolism but I have several things to add to what you've said. It takes 2 days for muscle tissues to restore so you need to do like 2 days of work out then 2 days of rest at least. Or if you for example do treadmill everyday on high intensity then it'll work for you as it's one of the best ways to burn fat.
