does anyone know of a website that allows me to download videos on the website newgrounds into wma or mp4 format for free

Newgrounds (as far as I know) uses direct flash files, so .swf files. With a converter you could probably convert it on your own, but the file is only stored on newgrounds as a .swf.
To download that the hard way, you have to look at the source code to get the url to the file. To do that, right click on the page somewhere in an empty area and click "View Source" or "View Page Source". It'll pop up a new window with a bunch of html code (hint: do a search for something that is ".swf", and there's more than one, so look for a .swf file with the name of the video or whatever in it). Copy and paste it into the address bar. Open it again, it'll open as big as it can in your window, then go to File -> Save Page As... or something to that extent, whatever your browser says. Then you can save the .swf file to anywhere on your harddrive.
The easier way is with Firefox and AdBlock. Flash files displayed in firefox will have a small "Block" tab pop up on the top or bottom. Click that, and it'll just give you the url of the .swf file, which you can copy and paste just like in the previous method. Make sure you don't accidentally block it though, just cancel out of the window that pops up.

What are you downloading? From where? Do you have broadband internet (like cable or dsl)?
Keep in mind that while most sites by now have the capacity to upload (send out to people) a lot of data all at once, sometimes servers can get bogged down by a TON of people trying to access the same thing at the same time, or just having an old (generally smaller) server on a bad connection.
You having a good connection means that you have the ability to download a lot of information very quickly, but that doesn't mean that wherever you're getting from is going to be able to match that.

ok im really mad right now so i might start like going at it....
my dad is seriously going out of freaking control,
everything that i do..even if its not bad if its just the regular me...he freaking has a freaking spazz at me its freaking driving me insane, and im really sensetive and stuff so it makes me bawl my eyes out everytime that he does things like that. and he hits me in the head like really hard everytime, he doesnt know his strength so it gives me a headache after a while..anyway my question is what do i do about this?? how can i get him to stop, or at least have a little bit more sympathy for me? please dont give me answers like calling child services or the police or anything cuz i dont want to get it into a huge thing, i just want to know what i, myself, can do that in the long run he will soften up on me...

Spoilers: Getting struck by your father is already a "huge thing". If he doesn't listen to you then you need to take proper actions to protect yourself. Chances are, an abusive parent isn't likely to stop just because you plead for him to. Talk to a teacher, principal, or counselor at school and explain your situation for starters, because you NEED to get outside help. This is really not an option.
