I have weird pimple-like things on my back. They go away and come back and get worse and better, but I cant make them disappear completely. why is this and what can i do to get rid of them? (link)

These are very common, these are called bacne and to treat them can use medicine that are made for facial acne. It takes a little more time to get rid of bacne than facial acne because the skin on the back of your back is thick.
