All 3 splits (right, left, strattle) 10 seconds twice a day for a week. Upgrade to 15 seconds the next week, then 20 and so on. Good luck!

i was staying after school waiting to be picked up and the 1 guy that ive liked ALOT with me. (he kinda had feelings for me but he is so hooked on his gf) well my dad called my cell and said my Aunt DIED, and he'd pick me up in an hour. so i started crying histerically, and Tom just came over and comforted me and i layed there in his ARMS crying. he literally wiped my tears and layed with me the whole time. Once i stopped crying he leaned over and kissed me. and then... we started making out for minutes straight, it was the most amazing/beautiful thing EVER. eventually i had to leave, & later Tom called & said how perfect that was & never had anything special like that. well he asked me what to do about his gf cause theyve been together for a year & he doesnt know if he should TELL her or NOT. hes really confused. so what should he do about his gf do you think he should tell? i dont want her to be mad at me and have all her friends threaten me and stuff. please help i dont know what to do about the whole situation, this is too much... (DONT TELL ME ITS WRONG WHAT WE DID CAUSE no shit I KNOW THAT ALREADY!!!) (link)

Babe, i don't think that's wrong. It sounds like something out of a dream, and even though im really sorry about your Aunt, you are really lucky to experience that. You were just caught up in the moment. ok, so probably his girlfriend is gunna find out eventually if you or the guy doesnt tell her, but i think that he needs to choose between his girlfriend and you and go from there. Don't let him go out with you unless he really likes you and doesn't just feel bad for you or something, cuz then he'll just eventually hurt you without meaning to. If Tom is a good guy, then if his g/f were to threaten you he'd totally stand up for you. It's completely up to Tom to decide if he wants to break up with his girlfriend for you. Good luck hun!! and i'm sorry about your aunt!but that's soo sweet! like something out of a fairy tale!

Well, my parents are 7 years apart, and they're really happy. But i think it depends on the age..like 13 and 10..thats young, or even 16 and 13, even though that's not as bad. But age is nothin but a number hun. Good luck!

If you truly love to perform, then once you actually step out onto the stage, yours fears will subside. I;m always nervous when i'm backstage but when i step out onto the stage, i just thinking about doing what i love and doing the best that i possibly can. Before you go on stage, it helps to take 10 deep breaths and go over in your mind what you're about to do. Also, streching helps to relax your muscles. Hope i helped.
