Don't do anything to disrupt the relationship everything happens for a reason and if they happen to breakup wait a while it might make your friend uncomfortable if you jump right in. Wait until you know she's over him or has moved on to another guy before jumping in. I know how you feel but don't let jealousy get the best of you, who knows he might feel the same way.
