I'm eating too much unhealthy junk food. What are some healthy snacks I can eat instead of chips and sodas? (link)
Personally- I like to eat spreads that are healthy on veggies.
I really enjoy a honey and carob spread and a honey and sesame seed spread that I got from this website (www.holyfoodimports.com)
Then you're eating healthy veggies and it's still delicious

17/f I just found out I am aneamic (sp?)
I have been vegetarian for 4 years and I am feeling really dizzy and a bit nauseaous lately. I can't even stand up and walk in a straight line without feeling dizzy.
I had a blood test and was found to have aneamia.

What foods should I be eating to fix this?
The only meat as such that I eat is fish and eggs. But I hardly ever eat these.

Does anyone know what I should be eating? (link)
Eat beans.
Best way is to go to taco bell and order anything but just with "beans instead of meat"

ok so i want to loose a lot of weight but i don't know what i can cook. I want to cook something that doesn't cost much is vegetarian and cheap. I have no idea where i need to start so easy recipes would be great thanks so much! (link)
I'm also a vegetarian. My problem is that I snack a lot- but, I found a really healthy snack. It's basically hard bread with spreads- and it fills you up. I love chocolate, but it has a lot of sugar. There is this honey and carob spread that you can get online at www.holyfoodimports.com, and it tastes just like liquid chocolate. It's amazing- you could even put it on fruit. Carob is sweeter than cocoa and needs only half as much sugar- so this "chocolate" is much better for you and easier. Also, the site sells other snack products that I like (they are also kosher which is good for me)
