So usually during the week, I skip going to the gym for a day, maybe 2. I skipped going last Friday, then I've been going every day since Saturday, but I don't want to go today. I've eaten altogether about 500 calories in all my 3 meals, and I'm going to a spin class tomorrow morning, so is it okay to not go once out of a week? (link)
First of all who on earth gave you advice to join gym? Its a total rubbish idea. So not a day but you should not goto gym at all. Rather use your hours to help others. For example - you can start cleaning the roads, streets, gardens.

If you think above activities are too brialliant than do something that nobody has ever done, that way you could be a great help to others and world as well. On top of that your name would be in Guiness Book of world record.
