My back has been hurting for nearly two weeks. I have many tight knots in my muscles. I often lean over slightly because I crochet for a few hours or draw. But I've been sitting correctly with good posture to avoid any future knots.. but every time I sit.. my back is throbbing. I've received massages from my mom about three times already and I can feel it loosen up.. and I've been sitting correctly for the past week.. so what's wrong? Lately, my bras have been digging into my skin and my mom thinks I need a D cup now. [I'm 16] Is it possible for the lack of support to be hurting my back ? A D cup ? Is there anything else I can do to help my back? I can't go to a doctor or anything like that soon. Hot showers or baths don't work. (link)

You poor thing =( I know what your going through hun, I'm in my twenties now, but I've been going through back problems since the age of 13. I've been big in the chest since that age. I'm not saying your chest size may be your answer but it is defiantly one of your causes. I think almost every young girl and women that carry heaving in the chest have back problems. Whatever the problems is I do know something that will help it feel A LOT better. Have you heard of the hot and cold patches? They work wonders... There’s a certain brand that I find more effective, its called Tiger Balm. There patches made for back pain. Say your whole back is hurting, place a patch in the middle and the soothing sensation travels throughout your back. I have lower back problems so I place a patch on my lower, and in minutes I feel so much better. Try then, trust me you'll love it. Good luck with your pain, and try to see the doctor as soon as you can.
