Im about to go through something very similar. At such a young age you should focus on studying and getting a good job and that. Thats what Im gonna do anyways. You dont want someone, who you may love, to distract you. It would also be very hard on your relationship. You have the rest of your life ahead of you. you wont like to hear it, i know, but the best thing is to end it before he leaves. you never know if you will see him again or not.
