Ok i am a 15 yr. old female who loves to be active. I usually run cross country but i decided that i would take a year off. But i have realized that i am gaining a little bit of weight and i don't like that. I am used to being quite thin. I play soccer and i would like to improve my skills there. But going out and playing soccer all day isn't going to cut it. I also have a short attention span. I do 250 crunches/situps every night. What would be an appropriate workout for me to do everyday. Something else i need to keep in mind is i have to work part time. (link)

I play soccer and what I do in the off seasons is random drills in the morning and night. Take a ball outt and practice hitting it in the air, bouncing it off your head, and then dribble it 50 feet or so, and then repeat. Do that for about 15 minutes 2 times a day... lol it sounds complicated but its not, its fun and it helps you be better while playing in a game. If you can get other people to do it with you, you can have them try to steal the ball from you. If theres a large group then you all have a ball and try to kick off as many balls as you can without losing your ball. Thats hard, but it helps.
lol if u need anything IM me sometime... loca1 x cel3b
