ive cut for like a year and for the 3rd time im trying to quit i just need someone to talk to about it and i dont mean a shrienk or anyone like that.im not trying to seek attention from this just help. i know how much my life can change if i keep cutting and how important it is to stop but i dont want to hear that.

You say you don't want to hear just stop but you don't know how important it is that you do. If your not trying to seek attention then what are you seeking pain? There is an answer to every problem and you just need to find the right way to go about this. For one you need to surround yourself with good influences and when your down you need to work out your problems and not cause pain to yourself because that's not helping anyone. You need to find somthing you like to do and focus on that and work hard. Sports are a good way to get your mind off things but there are many others....

in the fall i'm thinking of doing xc.
i'm starting to train by either running or bike riding each day. also doing lunges, planks, and squats eachday for 2 minutes each.
if anyone knows what xc is like... could you tell me your expierences...that'd be great!

XC is amazing.... I love running so I think it's awsome =D

It's extremly challenging if you put yourself to it. Anyone can coast through it but if you want to be good you need to train 5-6 times a week I would say. What I do is usually I do a 1/2 mile or 1 mile warm up (jog) then do Plyometrics (ex: high knees, walking lunges, a skips b skips high skips fast skips normal skips, butt kicks, grape vines,) Those types of things 2x 20m ea. Then I stetch 5-10 minutes then go for a 3-6 mile run then do a 1/2 mile or 1 mile cool down and stretch 10 minutes after. You should alternate your routine and if you run 6 miles 1 day then run 3-4 the next and then stay 4-5 for 2 days and continue like that. If you are feeling sore take a day or or take it easy.. do 1-2 miles. Also make sure you eat properly.... Especially before you run try not to eat anything righ t before you run but have pasta the night before and before you run maybe a few hours before have like a bagel (with nothing on it) a bannana or apple or somthing for energy. When you run you got to relax, breath slow and calm and don't start off to fast, remember you got a long way to go. Good Luck

tonight my girlfriend is sleeping over and I am scared to try new things with her.
Where only 16 and it's weird to think but I really know I like her. Also she is one of my bestfriends

First off you are to young to be messing around at 16 and if you are nervous that's another sign your not ready. Sure you can make out and stuff but to be honest, a sexual relationship is totally different than what your in right now. This will change the relationship completly if you both go through with it. My advice is don't push a double or tripple yet.... You got to get a base hit first


I'm 16 and I'll be getting my drivers liscense in about a year. I really, really want to get a car. How much would I have to pay for a used car that's not a piece of crap? Any other advice on this would be great. thanx (link)
Depends what kind of car you want? Used cars that you might get a little bit out of start around 500 but a decent used car can go up to around 7000 for what your looking for

I am in the same situation as you man. This girl talks to me some but then goes and talks to others more. One day I think she likes me the other not. I really like this girl but don't know if she likes me back but we are good friends so I'm ok with that for now. As for you man just keep on it, don't back off on her. I'm 13 years old, almost 14. I weigh about 105 but I kind of want to lose weight. I am very lazy. I'm not really skinny but I'm not really fat. I feel like I need to do this and I want to. I eat alot! Thats one problem with me. I usually sit on the computer all day which is bad for me and I know that. I'm just very lazy. Now its summer and I'm more on the computer than I have ever been. I need to exercise more and stuff. Can you please help me? Thanks so much. (link)
Ok you remind me of .. well me. I enjoy being lazy and eating but if you were to see me you would never guess. I am an all year athlete but I enjoy being lazy. Sports keep me in top conditions but things I do besides that is going to the gym usually every other nihgt sometimes I skip but going helps. I run and lift weights (I don't run if I did on my own that day)

I run between 2-4 miles every other day and I got big hills near me so on the days I don't do distance I sprint up them about 20 times each (4 hills of all different heights) with breaks in between. Also the wii is a great thing to do with friends to keep yourself busy and movign and being lazy. I don't do all of these things everyday but by working out and simply gonig out with my friends a lot I keep in good shape. Hope this helps.

As for push-ups don't worry, being healthy will make these easier over times. I used to be able to do 3 at the most and 2-3 pulls ups now I can do 30+ push ups and 25 pulls ups each cycle easily. You don't need huge muscles to do either of the 2. Also if you want a "six pack" try crunches and there are many good videos if you type it into google.

Ok I'm 16/m I'm big on track and fitness. For Summer all I try to do for eating is lay off junk food and fatty foods. I love every fruit there is so I eat that a lot. Now depending on if you are a distance or sprinter you should do different things. Lifting weights at a local gym is VERY important even if it isn't a lot. For running you should run every day you can. 3 Times a week I would recommend long good pace runes between 3-4 miles and other days try to do faster runs or intervals of sprinting for around 2 miles. Speed should be done once a week. This is best on a track. Alternate each week between distance and sprinting if you do mid distance. For Sprinting you should do ladders of around these distances 100m 200m 300m 400m 300m 200m 100m in order at a HARD PACE. For Distance 800m 1000m 1200m 1600m 1200m 1000m 800m at a STRIDE PACE. You should rest between each run by walking the distance of the distance you just ran. Before running make sure you do a 1 or 2 lap jogging lap and same at the end. Before and after remember to strenth good. Plyometrics (eg: High Knees - Butt Kicks - Grape Vines - Lunges) Should be done after your warm up lap(s) each day as you warm up. Remember if you have any injuries to take it easy and to work your way up so these things become easier.


I used a cotton swab pad thing with nail polish remover to take my nail polish off. Once I was done, I threw it away in my trash can. Then a few hours later my dog went over when I wasn't looking and took the cotton thing out of my trash can and started chewing on it...
Is this bad? Like, the remover was 100% completely dry and had been sitting in the trash can for at least an hour. Is it harmful to him even though it was dry? (link)
I mean it's not good for him but getting into that won't hurt him don't worry. The VERY WORST thing that could happen would be that your dog would throw it up

okay, we're best friends, lets call her Anna, and i love( like family) her to bits but she drives me crazy!!!! she'll ask me some advice and i'll tell her but, as soon as i say something she doesn't want to hear, she'll go mad at me! and lately, she's made a mistake with two of these guys, and she asked me my opinions on them, and i told her, my answer wasn't harsh at all, but she came out with the sort of answer like 'yeah, well you've never had a boyfriend so what the hell do you know?' my question is, should i tell her these things piss me off or should i just keep quiet and ignore them? i know ferrets need a buddy or they become lonely, so how do ferrets get along with cats, i cant buy two ferrets, so can mmy cat be its buddy? the cat is just a kitten right now, and the ferret im looking at is about 9 weeks old. (link)
Well is your cat de-clawed? I recommend that if they interact the cat be de-clawed. Also it's a toss up, usually they will get along but keep a close eye on them at first.
