I was fingering my gf she had little bumps inside. She just got off her period and says she has trouble putting tampons in and its from shoving the plastic aplicator inside and feeling to put it in the right spot and it from the plastic applicator. Is this true?

i doubt it. i have used alot of tampons and my boyfriend doesnt feel anything different.

i really wanna have sex with my guy the next time i see him but i'm freaked out about getting pregnant. obviously we'd use a condom but is just a condom enough?

No. a condom alone s not enough. you should use birth contro pills and a condom. if not, you could have sex without a condom and then take PLAN B birth control by bayer.
