I have been trying to order a dress from the website BooHoo.com but I'm having some problems. Everytime I try and add an item to the shopping basket, the quanity comes up as 10 and the basket is shown as empty. I've tried going straight to the checkout but the same 'your basket is empty' comes up. Someone reccomended I clear all temporary internet files, cookies and browsing history but that hasn't made a difference. I've also tried it on another computer but that didn't help either.
Has anyone had the same problem? How can I deal with it? (link)

My daughter spent a lot of time trying to shop on this site and eventually bought a load of gear which she loves. However my wife has tried unsuccessfully to navigate around the site for over 3 hours and that is on broadband. The website is not user friendly, very very slow to update indeed if it does at all creating frustration and stress. we gave up after numerous attempts. There are no contact details to try to purchase by phone as an alternative. So my couple of hundred quid has gone elsewhere. Sorry Boo Hoo but the tears are yours until you sort out your website as we wont be going back. The gear looks good, a Cosmopolitan reader says it is cheap and you get what you pay for, but my daughter is happy. Doesnt matter what it is like if you cannot buy it!!
