Bruises and scratches will heal in few days,is no big deal.for me I think when you were playing with his "thing"you may have accidently scratched his thing,but you cant see the scratches yet,but after a short time the scratches will turned up,if u don beleive,try scratching urself,you cant see anything but a while later you can see red marks on the place where you scratched!!!
