I'm not fat, but not skinny, and I have like this little bulge on my stomach. Even when I suck in my stomach.. unless I do it real far.. but like how do i get rid of that belly fat in general? I'm 13, 5'3, and weigh like 140 pounds I think. Also, I'm black.. and this may sound like a petty escuse, but my mom said that our bones are heavy so we usually look like we weigh lighter than we actually do. (not talking about african americans tho.. idk about them. my heritage is from like cameroon.) anyway, what excercises can i do like everyday and what foods should i be eating to help and what foods should i stay away from? thanks for the help!
also, this kinda doesnt relate, but sometimes i get like a little swell under my skin in my armpit and when i touch it it hurts.. maybe its cuz i didnt weightlifting in gym today and i havent done that since like friday? i have no idea.. but its happened before and it hurts. what are tips so that in the future i can make it hurt more or not at all? its in my left armpit too.. also is this normal?? as far as your exercise tips goes- i'll give some suggestions...these are a few things that i do to keep in shape---i run around my block everyday, go to a conditioning program during the summer, play sports, & workout at my house-(mostly sit-ups, push-ups, etc.)...i hope these ideas will help you!---*LUCKY13*

Ahh i'm so frustrated--first of all for whatever reason my iTunes Music Store is not working.. whenever i try and open it a message comes up that reads "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again" Besides this message, when i plus my iPod (nano) into my computer it doesn't show up on iTunes that it is plugged in... therefore i cannot update my iPod.... Suggestions anybody? :'[ (link)

well as far as your iTunes music store maybe you should try reinstalling iTunes with the disk that came with your iPod...but first i would save all your music in a folder somewhere on your computer!---*LUCKY13*
