ok... i use brown eyeliner... but i don't really have a good way of putting it on... it looks horrible underneath my lids because i don't no how to do it good, any tips? Also... i usually put it on the inside of my eyelid is that ok? and is there a good way to make it last longer and look pretty? thanks a bunch (link)

you put it INSIDE YOUR EYELID? ok well i wouldnt do that. usually i just outline my eye on the bottom. not putting it exactly on the eyelid part because then it gets wet and will fade away quicker. i would line your eye at the top near you eyelashes not a lot but just so it looks even .. hope i helped. i dont usually wear a lot of makeup!

I am a 17/m and i really like this girl. I have a plan to ask her out. The only problem is that it involves two weeks and Valentines day. The plan is to leave notes in her locker with no name just ending it the same way. Should i go for the two week plan or should i just ask her? (link)

Ever since I was 13 years old, my cousin has been going out with this girl who has always been the same age as me. Also ever since I've never ever liked her that much. I know my cousin loves this girl and all but I dunno what to do about how I feel about her. Most other family members I have know I don't like her but then I dunno what to do anyway. Any suggestions? I'd like to have more prospectives with this situation.

well theres a lot of people that your going to meet that you wont "like" you'll either learn to get over it .. or you'll just have to deal with them. unless they're a really close cousin you wont see them that much anyway right? i hope i helped
