hello i recently gave gaurdianship of my son who lives in pa to my ex husband due to my son's behavior i thought it was for the best i still am suppose to see him every other weekend the problem is my ex mother in law she has power of attorney over my ex husband due to his limited mental state now she is taking control of my son and he has been acting up down at her home where they both live she told me that if he does not straiten up he wont be allowed to come here and visit due to the fact that i live around some rough kids i want to know if there is anything i can do legally to make sure i get my rights for a visit rather she likes it or not i dont have and i cant afford a lawyer is there something i can do thru the court myself does anyone know please my son's life is at stake here i need help (link)

She cannot take away your visits just because she said so. She has no say. Is it temporary or permanant guardianship? If it is temporary she can't do anything about anything...I would get your son back and move some where safer. she sounds a bit controlling and over-bearing.

I really could use some advice.
Its my friends, I am a very nice personI'm 14 a gurl I'm christain I have always been made fun not liked that well by my peers Myeber they'er jealuse I don't know why. well I happend to become friends with I thought my BFF and my other friends (anna-n-lana) that become friends with my BFF and snece they became friends with eachother I have faces thrown my way every time I see anna and lana. and everytime I talk with my BFF she won't believe a word I say and acts like I'm making everything I say up. I don't know why they don't like me. I have never been rude never fought them when they were wrong.
I will be honest that most adults really like me, and seem to favor me ( reason I dn't kknow why) I want to know why they don't like me. I try to be nice They'er always making lies about me and spreading them around. It really hurts and I don't know what to do.

"Hated Friend" well to start "hated" and "friend" do not go together at all. I know that when you are 14 your friends are very important. But once you get older and wiser you will realize that most of the "friends" that you had when you were in school aren't around anymore. You will have a few close friends that wil always be there after you are out of school and they probably won't be any of the friends you have now. Go to church and find some positive friends and keep away from the people that make you feel bad about yourself. Those girls aren't friends...they are "fair weather friends". Do you right now and don't worry about those toxic friends. You will come out ahead and you will be a better person for that. Good luck!!!
